Shipping policy
We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipments to Puerto Rico usually take between 2 and 3 business days. Shipments to the United States take 3-5 business days.
Important:
Once the packages are delivered to the mail (USPS), we are not responsible for what happens to it. If the package is lost, is delivered to another person by mistake or is damaged, the customer must make their claim directly with the USPS mail.
